Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company Ltd (LLFL) has been a prominent player in India's financial industry since 1983. Registered with the Reserve Bank of India as an NBFC since March 1998, we built decades of expertise in leasing finance, hire purchase, investment services, and industrial financing.

The main business of the Company is to carry on the business of financing industrial enterprises, invest in, buy, sell, transfer, hypothecate, deal in and dispose of any shares, stocks, debentures (whether perpetual or redeemable), debenture stock, securities, and properties of any other company including securities of any Government, Local Authority, bonds and Certificates. The Company receives money and deposits on interest or otherwise and lends money with or without security, guarantees the performance of contracts, and secures sound investments of foreign capital in Indian undertakings and enterprises, and Indian Capital in foreign undertakings and enterprises.

The Company also carries on the business of leasing and hire purchase financing, acquiring and providing on lease or hire purchase basis all types of industrial and office plant equipment, machinery, vehicles, buildings and real estate required for manufacturing, processing, transportation, trading, and other commercial and service businesses.

Today, under the llf.vc brand, we are pivoting this deep domain knowledge into fintech infrastructure. We are building five enterprise-grade technology platforms: a white-label lending platform with AI risk assessment, biometric payment devices for Aadhaar, a neo-banking platform for NBFCs, an AI underwriting engine, and a comprehensive KYC platform.
